SUP Yoga Class
This is an all levels class that will bring a new dynamic of challenge and play into your yoga routine. Taught on one of the many beautiful bodies of water that the Tahoe region has to offer, this class is the perfect fusion of yoga and the outdoors, testing your balance as you focus in on your breath and flow from pose to pose. This class includes a beautiful, scenic paddle followed by a paddle board asana flow. Drift away into sivanasa, lying on your board as the waves gently rock you into a blissful state.

Take your training to the edge and wash away your weaknesses with wave-inspired workouts that challenge your mind and body. The instability of working out on the water forces your mind and body to work continuously to remain balanced atop of your board. Each workout uses both fundamental and innovative movements to increase strength, balance, coordination and conditioning. The instability encourages you to discover stability.

Intro to SUP FIT/Yoga Class
This class is recommended for anyone who is new to Stand Up Paddleboarding or would appreciate a brush-up on the basics.

The SUP Season begins in May and ends in September/ October, weather dependent.
