Stand Up Paddle North Lake Tahoe - Paddle right from the Beach!
The Tahoe Adventure Company offers Kayak and Stand Up Paddleboard Rentals on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. We are located on the beach in the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area. 7010 North Lake Blvd, at the intersection of North Lake Blvd. (Highway 28) and National Avenue in Tahoe Vista, California ~ North Lake Tahoe. Our location is incredible! Situated directly on the sand in Tahoe Vista, our beach has been a locals favorite for decades. Located between the busy towns of King's Beach and Tahoe City, the pace is more relaxed with ample parking, onsite restrooms, plenty of shade and picnic areas. Join us and Kayak or Paddleboard the crystal clear waters of Lake Tahoe on your own schedule or join one of our Lake Tahoe Kayak or SUP tours.

Our Kayak Rentals and stand up paddleboards allow you to explore the Lake Tahoe Coastline at your own pace. Paddle along the North Shore from King's Beach to Tahoe City or to Crystal Bay in Incline Village, Nevada. There are many beaches along the way and our guests often pack a picnic lunch. Bring your snorkel gear and make a day of it! Guests must know how to swim.

Directions to Tahoe Vista Recreation Area ~ 7010 North Lake Blvd, Tahoe Vista, Ca.
From Truckee and I-80: Take exit 188 for Hwy. 267 and Northstar Ski Resort. Go right onto 267 and follow past Northstar over Brockway Summit to the stop light in King's Beach. Turn right (west) on Hwy. 28 towards Tahoe City. Continue one half mile to the next stop light at National Ave. Turn left into the parking lot and look for the kayaks on the beach.

From Tahoe City: Follow Hwy 28 (North Lake Blvd.) East about 8 miles to the stop light at National Ave. Turn right into the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area and look for the kayaks on the beach.

From South Lake and Incline Village: Take Hwy 50 East towards Carson City about 14 miles. Go left onto Hwy. 28 towards Incline Village at the top of Spooner Summit. Follow along the Lake through Incline Village and into California. Proceed about 3 miles to the stop light at National Ave. and turn left.
