"We had a wonderful SUP day with Chase as our guide. We took off from Sandy Harbor on the longer paddle board trip with a last minute (day before) reservation. As newbies, we had a quick lesson in the basics and off we went. It was a great place to SUP because the water is crystal clear, the vistas breathtaking and our Chase shared lots of interesting facts to answer all our curiosities. Lunch on the beach after was peaceful and relaxing. Go for the longer trip! And enjoy it." Anna R.

So, my wife and I did the kayak tour for 3 hrs. just the other day from Sand Harbor. Tahoe Adventure were great start to finish. Online registration is simple and was confirmed quickly. Reminders sent, directions and recommended list sent. Very professional. The day of the trip was simple. Sign up, travel and into the water. Kayaks were comfortable and clean, back support was excellent. Guides were great, knowledgably and easy going. The Lake is fabulous We had a wonderful day. We had first timers, on the trip that had no issues with the trip what so ever. If you want a fun day, this is your ticket.

"Great people and location. Priced so you can enjoy the lake and not break the budget. Afterwards, the beach is a great spot to chill and enjoy what nature has to offer." -Jeff B.

"This is the 2nd year we have done this kayak tour with Tahoe Adventure Co. Jill, our guide was incredible! She is very, very knowledgeable about Lake Tahoe, Thunderbird Lodge, and all aspects of the greater Tahoe area. She took lots of photos of us and air dropped them to all of us. The company is very thorough with their emailed instructions and information. The logistics of everything was seamless. Thank you once again!" Karen T.

"Registration was easy, and the people on the phone were very friendly and helpful. With less than 24 hours notice, they set up a customized bike ride for my brother and me. We told them we had no previous mountain biking experience but are very athletic teens and would only be a group of two instead of the supposed minimum of four. They let us sign up for a lengthier and more advanced trail (the Flume Trail) than the usual beginner options and even upgraded our bikes for free! Our guide was very nice but not "too nice" (she obviously had experience dealing with teens). She knew the trail extremely well and took some great pictures of us (with our camera, so the pictures were free). We stopped for snacks and lunch (great sandwiches from Safeway), and the guide even showed us a fish restocking station. The biking itself was incredibly fun, but does require a fair bit of athleticism for both uphill and downhill sections (parents, be warned). We rode the shuttle back to the meeting point to get picked up in the afternoon. Fantastic experience overall." -Vincent W.
