Tahoe Adventure Company has a number of summer seasonal openings for 2019. These opportunities offer the chance to work in a fun, dynamic environment. All candidates must have excellent customer service and communication skills. We are hiring for the following positions to start in May:

Guides: Full time, part time and contract work available May through October. Candidates will possess 2 years of experience guiding/outdoor education experience, Wilderness Advanced First Aid or higher, and working knowledge of North Lake Tahoe area and recreation.

Assistant Office and Logistics Coordinator: Assistant Office and Logistics Coordinator for Tahoe Adventure Company: 8:30-5:30, Full-TIME 5 days per week May through late September. Seeking a personable Tahoe local with excellent communication and customer service skills, self starter abilities, good sense of humor, good writing skills, and basic social media knowledge. Individual will work closely with owners and Office Manager. This person must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure, as well as the ability to learn TAC offerings quickly and thoroughly. Our office is dynamic and fast paced May through September. Primary responsibilities include handling all incoming calls, answering questions regarding tours and rentals, scheduling, understanding logistics, and handling customer bookings throughout every stage. Marketing tasks may include social media updates, blogs, writing press releases, managing and promoting events calendars. During the season's ebb and flow, special projects will be assigned. Opportunities will exist to work in the field as well to support guided adventures and events. Submit resume with references and cover letter including your availability May-October. Beach Rental Attendant and Beach Manager: Full and part-time positions. Flexible schedule possible, Memorial Day through September. Responsibilities include accommodating rental guests at our Tahoe Vista location; ensuring positive and efficient guest experiences, setting up and breaking down of kayaks and SUPs, processing payments and release forms, providing lessons and thorough safety talks. Position requires a high level of customer service, strong communication skills, the ability to lift equipment and work outside all day. Must enjoy working with the public and as part of a greater team and facilitating high level experiences for our guests.
