Reservation, Refund and Coronavirus Policy Refund Policy: A full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, is available up to seven days before the trip. A partial refund of 50% of the total cost of the trip is available from 6 to 2 days prior to the trip. No refund will be granted for cancellation within 48 hours of the trip or program or for no shows. Date change and cancellation policy: 20% surcharge (based on the total trip cost) will be due for date changes. TAC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust the trip due to dangerous weather conditions. If a trip must be cancelled due to weather, Tahoe Adventure Company will offer another suitable trip. Corporate Refund Policy: Refund policy: A full refund, minus a $300 processing fee, is available up to one month (30 days) before the trip. A partial refund of 50% of the total cost of the trip is available from 29 to 7 day prior to the trip. No refund will be granted for cancellation within 6 days of the trip or program. Date change and cancellation policy: 20% surcharge (based on the total trip cost) will be due for date changes. TAC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust the trip due to dangerous weather conditions. If a trip must be cancelled due to weather, Tahoe Adventure Company will offer another suitable trip. Covid-19 Health and Safety Policies: When booking, you certify that none of these symptoms apply to you or anyone you have been in contact with two weeks prior to your adventure. CDC Covid-19 Symptoms include: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. In the event you answer yes to any of these before your trip, please call our office directly to discuss postponing your experience for a later date when you are no longer exhibiting symptoms. We also strongly recommend guests wear masks, practice social distancing, and sanitize their hands upon checking in and interacting with our staff. |
