Leadership Experience: Katie manages and oversees the operations, marketing and bookkeeping at TAC. In addition to previously managing the operations for a small international travel company, Katie has experience working with different populations teaching Environmental Education and Home Health in California as well as abroad.
Education: Bachelor of Arts, Environmental Studies, UC Santa Barbara
She holds WFR, CPR and First Aid Instructor, and Avalanche Level I certifications.
Favorite Adventure Trip: Scuba diving in the Galapagos Islands with Kevin.

Favorite Sports: Alpine and cross-country skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, mountain biking, running, gardening, cooking, and chasing her kids.

"This was a great experience, kayaking and star gazing. We kayaked first which was a fun experience and we then went back to shore for some warm refreshments and a great presentation about the stars, planets, galaxy & universe. There were 2 large telescopes set up on the shore of Lake Tahoe that we were able to use to see Saturn and its rings as well as things outside of our galaxy and beyond the Milky Way. Had a great time on the North Shore Kayak last Monday. This is the second time I've used your company. Our guide, I think his name was Kerry, (he grew up in Sacramento) did a fabulous job and was very patient with 2 novices, myself and a friend. It was just the three of us, so we had great one-on-one attention. He excels in customer service skills, which is a lost art these days.
