"Went Kayaking today with Tahoe Adventure Company, it was a fantastic time! We had called multiple kayaking companies beforehand and they all were closed, luckily we found this place!! So glad they were open because it was a great day to kayak. The weather was beautiful, not too hot and a bit overcast. Nolan was a super welcoming and helpful kayak representative!! "My boyfriend and I did the Sand Harbor Kayak Tour in late August. Cannot recommend the kayak tour enough while you are in Tahoe. Of everything we did in Tahoe (and this was my second trip) this was by far our favorite activity. Sammy was our tour guide and she was spectacular. We kayaked to a small beach, went swimming and rock climbing and when we came back Sammy had set up a whole picnic. She taught us a ton about the area and is a great photographer, she took our favorite photos from the whole trip. The picnic set up, everything we learned about Tahoe and the area, and overall the whole day were fantastic. Sammy was a phenomenal tour guide and made our trip the best. "How lucky we were to have a full moon on one of the few nights we were in North Tahoe. An amazing evening on the water paddling out into the lake, watching the sun set over the horizon on one side and then oh so dramatically the moon rise on the other. She is very, very knowledgeable about Lake Tahoe, Thunderbird Lodge, and all aspects of the greater Tahoe area. She took lots of photos of us and air dropped them to all of us.
