"This was my first visit to Lake Tahoe, and my experience with the people at the Tahoe Adventure Company was great from start to finish. I received prompt responses from both the online info request and a phone message. Our starting point on the lake was easy to find, and the people onsite were immediately helpful and informative and had everything we needed. Robin was our guide - laidback, friendly, helpful, and full of tips and info!!! Our group of seven family members had never done this before, but we had a blast!!! We will definitely use them the next time we are in town." Tom S.

Our Adventures

I took my daughter and her children for a kayaking experience on July 4th and signed up 2 single kayaks and a paddle board with Mark who was in charge on July 4, 2009. Mark gave excellent instruction to my grandchildren and to my daughter and everyone had the time of their lives. Although we ran over our hour by a few minutes, Mark kindly charged us only for the first hour. This was at a time when some people would have milked the customer for every last dime because it was one of the busiest days of the year. As a result of his kindness, we purchased two shirts. My daughter's size was apparently unavailable but Kevin showed up, did some more searching and came up with a perfect shirt with a perfect fit. All of this is to say that anyone looking for superior customer service will find it with the kind and competent people at Tahoe Adventure Company. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future. -R. Garland

Water Adventures

"I ended up doing the Discover Paddle boarding tour after my other one had to be cancelled. I was just happy to get on the water, and appreciated everything Katie did to accommodate me last minute. I’ve done SUP before, so the instructor Crystal was ok with me being a little on my own if I wanted. We had the perfect weather for SUP, so it was a relaxing and enjoyable two hours. I loved chatting with Crystal and the rest of the people on the tour. I will definitely look to book another tour when I come back." Sammi R.
