"My boyfriend and I did the Sand Harbor Kayak Tour in late August. Cannot recommend the kayak tour enough while you are in Tahoe. Of everything we did in Tahoe (and this was my second trip) this was by far our favorite activity. Sammy was our tour guide and she was spectacular. We kayaked to a small beach, went swimming and rock climbing and when we came back Sammy had set up a whole picnic. She taught us a ton about the area and is a great photographer, she took our favorite photos from the whole trip. The picnic set up, everything we learned about Tahoe and the area, and overall the whole day were fantastic. Sammy was a phenomenal tour guide and made our trip the best. Water Adventures

I took my daughter and her children for a kayaking experience on July 4th and signed up 2 single kayaks and a paddle board with Mark who was in charge on July 4, 2009. Mark gave excellent instruction to my grandchildren and to my daughter and everyone had the time of their lives. Although we ran over our hour by a few minutes, Mark kindly charged us only for the first hour. This was at a time when some people would have milked the customer for every last dime because it was one of the busiest days of the year. As a result of his kindness, we purchased two shirts. My daughter's size was apparently unavailable but Kevin showed up, did some more searching and came up with a perfect shirt with a perfect fit. All of this is to say that anyone looking for superior customer service will find it with the kind and competent people at Tahoe Adventure Company. "We had a fantastic sunset snow shoe tour with Eric and Michelle today. They were fun and very knowledgeable about snow shoeing, the trail, the area and the plants and animals of the area both past and present. It was a three hour tour at a good pace (we definitely got our workout in). I would totally go on another tour with them. Actually we found out they do kayak tours in the summer so when we come up in the summer we will definitely be giving them a call! Great afternoon! A+ experience!!!" -Trip Advisor Review
