Reservation and Refund Policy

A 3% non-refundable booking fee is applied to every reservation.

Refund Policy: A full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, is available up to seven days before the trip. A partial refund of 50% of the total cost of the trip is available from 6 to 2 days prior to the trip. No refund will be granted for cancellation within 48 hours of the trip or program or for no shows.

Date change and cancellation policy: 20% surcharge (based on the total trip cost) will be due for date changes. TAC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust the trip due to dangerous weather conditions. If a trip must be cancelled due to weather, Tahoe Adventure Company will offer another suitable trip.

Corporate Refund Policy: A full refund, minus a $300 processing fee, is available up to one month (30 days) before the trip. A partial refund of 50% of the total cost of the trip is available from 29 to 7 day prior to the trip. No refund will be granted for cancellation within 6 days of the trip or program.

Date change and cancellation policy: 20% surcharge (based on the total trip cost) will be due for date changes. TAC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust the trip due to dangerous weather conditions. If a trip must be cancelled due to weather, Tahoe Adventure Company will offer another
suitable trip.
