SUP Yoga Class

This is an all levels class that will bring a new dynamic of challenge and play into your yoga practice. Class starts at 8:30 am with a quick intro to paddle boarding (10 min). Then we will warm our bodies up with 10 minutes of paddling followed by a short paddle board asana (posture) flow (20 min). Drift away into savasana or meditation, as the waves gently rock you into a blissful state (5-10 min). Class ends at 9:30 am back at Tahoe Vista Recreation Area.

Cost: $40/person with a 2 person minimum.
