Tour Description
We are currently not operating Mountain Bike Tours at the Flume Trail.Lake Tahoe's world famous Flume Trail is not to be missed! This classic ride begins at Spooner Lake in Lake Tahoe State Park on the East Shore of Lake Tahoe. The ride begins with a 4 mile climb to the Marlette Lake lookout. This dirt forest service road is very scenic and runs past an old shepherd's hut before becoming rolling uphill terrain through beautiful aspen groves. From here, it is all downhill to Marlette Lake and onto the Flume Trail proper. The riding is fast and the views are spectacular!
Tour includes mountain bike, helmet, knowledgeable guide, instruction, natural and human history discussions, permit fees, snacks and bottled water. Full suspension upgrade available for an additional $55.
