A great and fun time was had by all. The four of us all agreed that every aspect of the trip was delightful. We all thought Robin was very charming, as well as, informative. The lunch provided was more than adequate.
You know how the last day of vacation looms, and you can't help but feel a little sad? These folks have the cure for you! We booked the Sand Harbor adventure for the last day of our trip and we just LOVED it. The cherry on top of a wonderful trip. The kayaks they use are stable and have great back support, but the guide really made this trip for us. Jill was helpful and knowledgeable, and we definitely learned more about the lake from her than we have on any other excursions. Jill found us some super cool and secluded rocky inlets and gave us a chance to wade around and explore. Everything was amazing! We'd highly recommend this company and this adventure. Everyone else we worked with deserves high praise as well. (Kate, Erica, and Nicole... y'all are rockstars!)

Hi, I just wanted to follow-up with you after our family trip to Lake Tahoe and the Sand Harbor Kayak Tour we did through your company July 31. It was fantastic! Our guide gets a thumbs up and we'd ask for him again. It was my favorite part of the trip. It was very cool too that a photographer from the Times was there to document all the fun...Again, thanks for a great experience.

Had a great time on the North Shore Kayak last Monday. This is the second time I've used your company. Our guide, I think his name was Kerry, (he grew up in Sacramento) did a fabulous job and was very patient with 2 novices, myself and a friend. It was just the three of us, so we had great one-on-one attention. He excels in customer service skills, which is a lost art these days. The day was perfect and the lake was beautiful so it was a win-win all around.

We visited Lake Tahoe a few weeks ago and got very lucky because Tahoe Adventure Company had reopened for the season the same day we decided to rent kayaks! They're located in North Lake Tahoe. The process of renting kayaks from them was very easy. They took the time to make sure we got on the kayaks safely which I appreciated. You do sign a liability waiver when you rent. Also they provide life jackets. Make sure to bring a ziplock bag or something to keep your phone in! They provide waterproof bags for a fee. The guys working that day were friendly. They also have several lessons/tours which would be fun to try out in the future since some of them take you to cool coves, etc. Their pricing for renting kayaks is reasonable for the area: $27 for a single and $39 for a double per hour, including all fees. Also if you rent for 2 hours, they offer the 3rd hour free. I also want to give a shout-out to Courtney who answers the phone when you call the company and is THE NICEST person I have ever spoken to over the phone. She's extremely helpful and seemed so great! Thank you Courtney!!
