Group Reservation and Refund Policy

Reservation: A 50% deposit based on minimum numbers is required to guarantee a trip date. The client guarantees minimum numbers. Additional guests are welcome. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the trip. Please notify us with final numbers no later than 7 days prior to the trip date, to assure equipment and guides. Final billing (based on actual number of additional guests) will be sent upon notification.

Refund policy: A full refund, minus a $300 processing fee, is available up to one month (30 days) before the trip. A partial refund of 50% of the total cost of the trip is available from 29 to 7 days prior to the trip. No refund will be granted for cancellation within 6 days of the trip or program.

Date change and cancellation policy: 20% surcharge (based on the total trip cost) will be due for date changes. TAC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or adjust the trip due to dangerous weather conditions. If a trip must be cancelled due to weather, Tahoe Adventure Company will offer another suitable trip.
