Tour Description

This is an all levels class that will bring a new dynamic of challenge and play into your yoga practice. Class starts with a quick intro to paddle boarding (10 min). Then we will warm our bodies up with 10 minutes of paddling followed by a short paddle board asana (posture) flow (20 min). Drift away into savasana or meditation, as the waves gently rock you into a blissful state (5-10 min). Class is 1-2 hours and is booked on a custom basis.
