SUP Yoga
Challenge your strength, balance and focus in a Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Class. The SUP yoga class will begin with a warm-up yoga session on the beach before taking to the water for a leisurely paddle and a basic yoga class. The crystalline waters of Lake Tahoe will be your classroom as you practice your favorite poses on a floating mat.

Cost: $40.00 per person, 2 person minimum. Reservations required.
Date and Time: Saturday - August 4, 18, 25. 8 am-9:30 am.
Level of Difficulty: Moderate
Pre-requisite skills: Basic SUP skills and basic knowledge of yoga.
Includes: All your gear, professional SUP and Yoga instruction.

Please bring water. Class meets at the Tahoe Vista Recreation Area at 8 am. Reservations are required.
